About Us
More than soccer: building character, discipline, and inclusion
América Soccer Academy was born from a love for the game and a mission to change lives through sport.
Our founder, Marcelo Neiva, is a former professional player who started in the youth systems of Náutico (PE), Uberlândia (MG), and Guarani de Campinas, where he went pro at 17. He played internationally in Vietnam and China, gaining high-level experience both on and off the field.
After retiring as a player, Marcelo continued his journey as a coach, leading projects in Lima, Peru and across the United States. All of that experience shaped a unique training method that blends discipline, technique, and personalized attention for every student.
Here, soccer is more than just a sport—it’s a tool for education, inclusion, and personal growth.
